BUSINESS ANALYSIS
Our opportunity to learn about your business; your opportunity to map out your ideal business processes.
This first meeting sets the foundations for the rest of the project and allows our consultants to put together the framework for your software solution.

PILOT BUILD
The first instance of your unique Zoho system, this is where you can see your system take shape and work with your consultant to make sure your system reflects your business’s needs.

DATA MIGRATION
Time to populate your new system with your unique data. Whether migrating data from an existing system or importing directly from spreadsheets, we’ll train you in the process, so you can take control.

TRAINING
We want you to have complete autonomy over your system. In a train the trainer approach, we’ll provide in-depth training your business’s appointed Systems Administrator, who will then head up the training and onboarding of the rest of the team.

SUPPORT
With your Zoho implementation project complete, we provide you with ongoing support at varying levels to make sure your system onboarding and development runs smoothly.
